This place is wonderful and clean, with a marvelous location right in the center of town.

We liked this small hotel. Well-kept, neat room with a big private terasse, everything was excellent.

The location was great, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was amazingly nice. Stayed in brand-new double room with good beds. The breakfast in the beach restaurant for dinner was very very good.

The restaurant was great for dinner, and we enjoyed ordering tasty dishes; our room had convenient amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels.

Unbeatable location. In the middle of the main street and a few minutes walk from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants. With a nice little terrace and tables and chairs outside. Quiet and tranquil room. Very correct breakfast. Correct room and huge bed. The receptionist who received us in the afternoon-evening spoke to us in Spanish, was very attentive and supportive. I even wrote emails with them before going to the establishment and they were very helpful. In the same hotel there was no parking but one street away there was parking without any problem . The population also helps. In October, it is very pleasant in spite of the fact that there are still many tourists. I found it to be a particularly quiet and modest town in contrast to the Emerald Coast.

It was very hot in the room at night and we had to open the air conditioning to sleep.

Good location, several restaurants nearby, clean, good quality beds, kind staff, etc. The hotel is actually better than it looks on the pictures on the website.

One night (from midnight to 2 AM), there was a karaoke nearby (50 m) causing a lot of noise.

Everything was simply excellent. Liked my comfortable stay in the beautiful town. - I booked double room with a balcony and terrace plus a big private terasse which turned out to be a well-kept room. - All the staff was superbly friendly and amazingly nice, solved my issues.

Not much. Worst coffee during our holiday, my wife eaten alive by mosquitoes in the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect. Just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, it made exploring the area a breeze. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with good beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the big private terrace that came with my room, offering a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Santa Maria. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the harbor where you can catch a boat to explore the stunning Gulf of Orosei. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late checkout despite the hotel being fully booked. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and a big private terrace. The attention to detail in both the inside and outside decor was exceptional, with the hotel looking fresh and recently renovated. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was delicious and provided a great start to our days exploring this beautiful area.
